I highly recommend this establishment. They are very knowledgeable, reasonable and expedient. I was referred to Urban and have referred a few of my friends based upon the great experience I’ve had.

I received a car from a friend who warned me that it needed some TLC. I took it to Urban Auto and they gave me run down if everything that needed to be done. To be honest, it was a lot more than I expected but Aiden was a great resource and he was always available to answer my questions and discuss priority items within my budget. Aiden was patient with me as I had many questions and thoughts while they had my car in the shop. I am satisfied with the service I received and more than happy with the communication Aiden maintained throughout the entire process. Thank you Aiden and the entire crew who helped me with my car at Urban Auto!

I've been using Urban Autocare's Littleton location for all of my car shop needs since moving to the area a couple of years ago. I've always found them to be reasonably-priced, and most importantly honest and upfront. They've never tried to pressure me into a service before it was really necessary, and they use a red-yellow-green system for recommendations with photos and explanations. These days so many shops are bought up by big capital firms and ruined, but this place still feels like a friendly neighborhood spot.

Rear Brakes and Rotors repair. This was our first non-dealership experience for our vehicle (Dealership was always awful to interact with) and I think we have found our home garage to have consistent repairs and maintenance performed. The staff was professional and courteous. They were understanding, knowledgeable, and offered great insight into my concerns. I never felt like I was being upcharged or provided misguidance. They were all very transparent and offered a tiered approach to what needs done vs things to be aware of. They offered us referrals regarding follow-up concerns that they did not specialize in and the truck is performing wonderfully. They got me right in and had my repair completed same day as the diagnostic. We will definitely be back when our truck needs something done and I can not recommend their expertise enough and I emphasize that they are a fantastic garage to work with.

I never liked having to get my cars serviced especially when the service manager refers to me by my first name. However, when I get what I paid for and when the service is what I needed and professionally performed, I drive away confident that my car will perform as expected. Every time I leave Urban Autocare I feel confident I got what I paid for. I highly recommend this business and the complimentary ride share is whipped cream on top. Oh, the staff is amazing and friendly.
